Corporate accounts & driver retention
The B2B and supply-side features that turn a demo into a business.
Corporate rides on real credit
Employees book on the company account; the credit limit is enforced at booking, not at month-end surprise. The org's settlement account is a first-class ledger account — a negative balance IS the invoice. Owners get a portal inside the rider app; operators get a billing console with credit notes and company payments.
Driver retention that respects drivers
Destination mode (twice a day, the dropoff must close at least 25% of the remaining distance — no gaming). Trip preferences: pickup distance, minimum fare, long-trip and tier opt-outs. Auto-accept goes through the normal accept path so every guarantee still holds. Quests and incentives pay through the ledger, idempotently — reaching a target pays exactly once.
Honest payouts
Instant-payout limits come with settlement estimates that tell drivers the truth. Reconciliation returns funds on confirmed failure and holds on uncertainty. RazorpayX payout rails are wired; the provider abstraction takes others.
Growth mechanics
Referral programme, broadcast messaging (push/email/SMS), CMS-driven FAQ and blog, promo codes with per-user and global caps and time windows — all admin-operated, no deploys to run a campaign.
