This is where RideKit buyers and the team meet.

What to post here - Issues: something broken or wrong. Tell us the app or console screen, the version from the changelog, and the steps to see it again. - Improvements: it works, and it could work better. - Feature requests: something the product does not do yet. One request per post so votes mean something.

What we do with it - We reply here, not in private threads, so the next buyer with the same question finds the answer. - Every request gets a status: planned, in progress, shipped or closed. The Roadmap tab is built from those statuses, and your votes set the order we work in. - Releases are announced here first, with the changelog entry they belong to. The changelog keeps its bugs on the record; so does this place.

What belongs elsewhere - Setup questions specific to your own deployment (your server, your keys, your store accounts): email support — they need details that should not be public. - Anything with your riders' or drivers' personal data: never here.
